பணம் திருப்பும் கொள்கை (Refund Policy)

வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் வாங்கிய 12 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் மட்டுமே செல்லுபடியாகும் காரணங்களுடன் பணம் திரும்ப கேட்கலாம்.

12 மணி நேரத்திற்குப் பிறகு எந்த சூழ்நிலையிலும் பணம் திரும்ப வழங்கப்படாது.

பணம் திரும்ப கோர விரும்பும் வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் astrologyeducation1@gmail.com என்ற மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரிக்கு 12 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் கோரிக்கை அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.

வாடிக்கையாளர் 60% க்கு மேல் பாடத்தை முடித்திருந்தால், பணம் திருப்புக் கோரிக்கை சமர்ப்பிக்க முடியாது.

 


பணம் திருப்பும் செயல்முறை (Refund Process)

பணத்தை திரும்ப பெற பின்வரும் செயல்முறையைப் பின்பற்ற வேண்டும்:

  1. astrologyeducation1@gmail.com என்ற மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரிக்கு பணம் திரும்ப கோரிக்கை அனுப்பவும்.
  2. பதிவு செய்த மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியிலிருந்தே கோரிக்கை அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
  3. “Refund” என்ற வார்த்தையை Subject Line-ல் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.
  4. 12 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் கோரிக்கை அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும்; இல்லையெனில் பணம் திருப்பம் செய்ய முடியாது.
  5. பணம் திருப்பம் செய்ய 12 மணி நேரம் ஆகலாம், தயவுசெய்து காத்திருக்கவும்.
  6. ஒரே கோரிக்கையை மீண்டும் மீண்டும் அனுப்ப வேண்டாம், இல்லையெனில் உங்கள் மின்னஞ்சல் Spam ஆகிப் போகலாம்.
  7. பணம் திருப்பம் செய்யப்பட்ட பிறகு, உங்களுக்கு மின்னஞ்சல் மூலம் உறுதிப்படுத்தல் கிடைக்கும்.
  8. பணம் திருப்பம் செய்யப்பட்ட பிறகு 12 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் அது உங்கள் வங்கி கணக்கு/கடன் அட்டை/வாலெட்டில் கிரெடிட் செய்யப்படும்.
  9. பணம் திருப்பம் பணம் செலுத்திய அதே வங்கி கணக்கு/அட்டை/வாலெட்டிற்கு மட்டுமே வழங்கப்படும்.

     

பணம் கிடைக்கவில்லை என்றால்? (Money Not Received)

  • பணம் திருப்பம் பெறவில்லை என்றால், முதலில் உங்கள் வங்கி கணக்கை மீண்டும் சரிபார்க்கவும்.
  • உங்கள் வங்கியைத் தொடர்பு கொள்ளவும். சில நேரங்களில் பணம் திருப்பம் செய்ய முன் சில செயல்முறைகள் இருக்கும்.
  • இதனைச் செய்த பிறகும் பணம் கிடைக்கவில்லை என்றால், astrologyeducation1@gmail.com என்ற மின்னஞ்சலுக்கு தொடர்பு கொள்ளவும்.

At SN GANAPATHI ASTROLOGER, we strive to provide the best astrology courses and services. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • A refund request must be made within 12 hours of the purchase.
  • Refunds will only be considered for valid reasons.
  • No refund will be provided after 12 hours of purchase under any circumstances.
  • If you have completed more than 60% of the course, you are not eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to astrologyeducation1@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Ensure that you send the email from your registered email address.
  3. Clearly mention your order details and the reason for requesting a refund.
  4. The refund request email must be sent within 12 hours of the purchase; otherwise, the refund will not be processed.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once your refund request is received, it will be reviewed.
  • You will receive an email confirmation about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method (bank account/card/wallet) within 12 hours.
  • The refund will be made only to the same account from which the payment was made.

4. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank, as some processing time may be required.
  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at astrologyeducation1@gmail.com for assistance.
